A chargeback occurs when our customer contacts their bank or credit card company to dispute the charge for an order that they placed on our website. Common reasons for chargebacks include: the cardholder does not recognize the charge or payee on their statement, the cardholder did not receive the product, the product was defective, damaged, or not as described, the card holder’s credit card was stolen or used without their consent, clerical error, i.e. double billing and friendly fraud. Primitive Performance Auto prohibits any chargeback and regards it as fraud. If your product is defective, damaged, refer to the Return and Refund Policy to obtain a refund. Primitive Performance Auto assures its customers of their purchases with a reasonable time frame as stipulated in terms of service. In case of any delivery delays, contact Primitive Performance Auto to inquire about the delivery of your product.
Any form of a chargeback will be considered fraud, and Primitive Performance Auto will pursue legal action against you for the loss of revenues, legal expenses and other related expenses. Any frivolous suits pursued by you will cost us resources like money and time. Therefore you will be bound to pay for the order plus other additional costs via a third-party collection agency.
Any chargeback by you will be will reported as a delinquent collection account to credit bureaus, and a mail fraud report will be filed with your local police or sheriff’s department. The delinquent collection account report will affect your credit card rating. You will be liable to pay the expenses incurred while reporting to the relevant authorities.
