TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For me to provide the catering services, you must give a _____________________ day’s advance notice to allow me prepare for the event in an effective manner.  

You are advised to make clear description of what you want so as to avoid any discrepancies. I aim at meeting your needs. You can always make a call, text or email me to give further information of what you need.

In the event of any changes of the menu, cancellation of your event or postponement of the event, kindly contact me as soon as possible so that we can discuss the way forward.

SERVICE DAY LOGISTICS

During the day of the service, you may either choose to provide the items to be used for the services such as the necessary utensils, napkins, cutleries among others or you may choose to let me cater for the items to be used.

If you choose to let me supply the necessary items, there will be an extra fee depending on the items needed.

I will gladly set up and clean up my belongings before and after the event.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

The price depends on the food you pick, the amount of guests present, and how soon the event is. A __________________________-% deposit is required within _______________ hours/days of booking. The remainder of the balance shall be paid ______________________ hours/days before the event. Failure to pay the required amount will result to a cancellation of the service.

CANCELATION AND REFUNDS

In the event you cancel the services, I will issue a refund of the deposited cash via the payment method you used to make the deposit. However, no refunds will be made if the cancellation is made less than a week before the event.

In the event I cancel the services, I will make a refund of the deposited money via the payment method you used to make the deposit.

Any refunds will be made before the lapse of 30 days after the cancelation notice has been sent.
