CAT TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement effective as ________________ (Effective Date) is
entered into by and between __________ (‘Cat Owner) and
___________________ (‘Handler’). Individually referred to as ‘Party’ and
collectively referred to as ‘Parties’. The Parties intend to be bound as follows:

  1. Owner’s obligations
    1.1 The Owner will pay for the transportation cost for their one way ticked which
    include a + 1 pet per person to fly in cabin
    1.2 The Owner will ensure the handlers have cats’ health certification and the
    necessary paperwork required for them to travel.
    1.3 Provide food and necessary carriage required for safe transportation of the cats.
    1.4 Collaborate with the handlers to ensure safe transportation.
  2. Handlers’ obligations
    2.1 The handlers will help transport 2 cats from New York to London via Paris by
    Plane and from Paris take the ferry to London. The Cats will fly in cabin (fee will
    be included in the ticket price).
    2.2 The handlers will be in contact with ________ in the following
    address _____ in London via phone.
    2.3 They will ensure cat safety, health, well-being and proper nutrition throughout the
    duration of the trip until drop off.
    2.4 Communicate with the Owner should any issues arise.
    2.5 The handlers will provide constant status update on the cats including photos.
    2.6 If any accident(s) happens to one or both of the cats (such as get lost, pass away
    etc.) due to negligence, lack of proper care, or miss handling etc., the handlers
    will refund the Owner the full price of the 2 x one way tickets to Paris + cost of
    ferry from Paris to London + cost of 2 cats flying in cabin.
    2.7 If any of the cats require medical attention during the trip (such as motion
    sickness or any illness that is out of the control of the handler), the handler is to
    seek the nearest vet to provide necessary attention and provide a bill for
    reimbursement. If the accident or injuries are due to negligence, mishandling, or
    lack of proper care, then the handler agrees to cover all medical expenses.
  3. Compensation
    In consideration of the services provided by the handlers, the Owner pay
    _____ for 2 one way tickets to _________ on
    ________.
  4. Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain effective until the cats are safely delivered in London.
However it may be terminated by the handler failing to properly care for the cats prior to
the travel date, cat(s) showing signs of illness or sickness or vet deems one or both is
unfit or unhealthy to travel, if handler changes travel dates without the Owner’s notice or
agreement, if both one or both handlers are unable to fly for whatever reason. If any of
the conditions herein occur, they are to refund me the full price of the 2 x one way
tickets to Paris + cost of ferry from Paris to London + cost of 2 cats flying in cabin within
1 week of termination date

  1. Force Majeure
    In the event either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this
    Agreement because of acts of God, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or
    damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control,
    such party shall not be liable for damages to the other for any damages resulting from
    such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.
  2. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising between the parties will be solved in good faith through mediation.
  3. Governing Law
    This Agreement will be construed according to the laws of ____
