CAST AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of _____________________, is made by and between
_____________________________ (‘Company’) AND _____________________
(“Cast”). Individually referred to as ‘Party’ and collectively referred to as ‘Parties’. The
Parties intend to be legally bound as follows:
1. CASTS’SERVICES. Cast shall render all services customarily rendered by Cast
in filming the LSBTQ BADDIES reality TV show and all times promptly comply
with Company’ reasonable instructions. The Cast will authorize and give consent
to Company before content is published on any platform. The Cast is required to
conduct themselves appropriately during the filming period and avoid using
phones on set while filming.
2. COMPENSATION. In return for the services rendered by the Cast to Company,
the Cast shall be not be paid. Instead, they shall receive credits on every
episode.
3. EXPENSES. The Company will cater for the transport costs and food, drinks and
water for filming of the cast. However, the Cast will be responsible for any
personal purchases outside of home and other related personal expenses.
4. TERM. The term of this agreement hereunder shall be 1year. It shall begin on
_____________________ and end on _____________.
5. TERMINATION AND EFFECT OF TERMINATION. This Agreement shall
terminate at the end of one year. However, the Company may terminate this
agreement by serving sufficient notice to the Cast. The Cast shall not terminate
the contract unless the one year period is over. If the Cast terminates the
Agreement before the one year expiry, she will be liable to pay $
_______________which is the project amount and court fees if any. The
Company may also terminate and sue the Cast if they post filming content before
airing date.
6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. The Cast will provide services to Company as
an independent contractor and not as an employee:

The Cast agrees that Company shall have no liability or responsibility for
the withholding, collection or payment of taxes, employment insurance,
medical and health insurance premiums on any amounts paid to the Cast.
Company will not provide any liability to any lawsuit or legal action taken
against them for the videos posted.
7. COMMUNICATION. All notices which Company is required or may desire to
give to the Cast may be given either by emailing the Cast or by giving them a
call.
8. DISPUTES. In case of disputes between the Parties of this Agreement, they shall
be resolved by negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to surrender to
the jurisdiction of ___________courts.
9. ENTIRETY. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement between the parties
relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be changed, modified
or altered only if agreed to in writing by both parties.
10. GOVERNING LAW. The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the internal laws of ______________without giving effect to any
choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
