CARD LISTER AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made on the …………..day of……….20……., by Ball Street Technologies Inc. (BallStreet) (hereinafter the “Company” ) and Amar Makim (hereinafter the “Card Lister”) collectively referred to as “Parties” or individually as “Party”) and includes that Party’s successors and assigns.

In consideration of covenants and agreements contained in this agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Parties agree to the following terms and conditions and to be bound thereby:

  • The Card Lister shall submit the sport card, BGS 9/10 Immaculate Trae Young RPA 72/99, (hereinafter the “card”) to BallStreet PWCC Vault#485339  (hereinafter the “Company’s vault “) and the Company shall in exchange issue the Card Lister with 100% of the equivalent ownership shares/tokens on the Company’s platform valued at the third party PWCC appraisal value. (the “exchange”)
  • The exchange is made on condition that the Card Lister’s shall list _____% percent of the shares on the Company’s platform.
  • After the shares are listed, the Card Lister must own over 75% of the shares to qualify to contract with other shareholders to enable him to own 100% of the shares.
  • The Card Lister can withdraw the card from the Company’s vault at any time if six (6) months have lapsed and they hold 100% of the shares.
  • The Card Lister may buy back or issue more shares. 

This agreement should be read together with the general BallStreet user agreement provided at the time of sign-up.

EACH PARTY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY HAVE THE CAPACITY TO CONTRACT AND HAVE SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY AND WITHOUT ANY DURESS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. 

IT IS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGED THAT EACH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED TO SECURE THE ADVICE AND CONSENT OF AN ATTORNEY OF THEIR CHOOSING. EACH PARTY UNDERSTANDS THE MEANING AND SIGNIFICANCE OF EACH PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
