CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Car Rental is entered into on _____________________ between
________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and
__________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). Together referred to
as “Parties”.
The Company hereby agrees to rent out to the Client, and the Client hereby rents
from the Company a vehicle under the following terms and conditions: –

3. Ownership of Vehicle.
The Company is the owner of the vehicle and retains the vehicle’s title at all times.
The Client must not agree, attempt, offer, or purport to sell, assign, pledge, lease, or
otherwise part with or attempt to part with possession or otherwise deal with the
vehicle.
4. The Client.

5. Payment.
The Client shall pay the Company a refundable deposit of $______________.
The agreed fee per _________ during the rental period is _______.
6. Damage, Destruction, or Loss of Vehicle.
Suppose, during the term of this Rental and until the return of the vehicle, it is
damaged, destroyed, stolen, abandoned, or taken by any judicial or governmental
authority. In that case, the customer will remain financially responsible and shall
notify the Company within ten days of any of these events.
7. Use of Vehicle.
The Client agrees that they will use the Vehicle for lawful purposes only during the
term of this rental. The Vehicle shall not leave the United States without the
Company’s written permission.
8. Maintenance & Repairs.
The Client agrees to maintain the Vehicle in good working condition and not misuse
or abuse it.
9. Insurance.
The parties agree that there will always be a valid insurance cover for the vehicle
when used by the Client.
10. Indemnity.
The Company shall not or under any circumstances be liable for any damage or
injuries to persons or property suffered or sustained in the vehicle’s use, condition, or
operation and all such claims that the Client waives explicitly.
The Client agrees to and does hereby hold the Company, its agents, and employees
free and harmless from any losses, costs, demands, or liability whatsoever, including
legal costs and attorney’s fees.
11. Termination.
Either party may terminate the rental agreement by giving the other prior notice.
The Company shall have the right to terminate this agreement and take possession
of the vehicle when there are any payment delays.
12. Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

13. Dispute Resolution.
In the event of a dispute between the parties, the same shall be negotiated between
the parties, and if it fails, the parties shall refer the dispute to Arbitration.
14. Waiver.
No waiver by either party of any default shall be deemed a waiver of prior or
subsequent default of the same of other provisions of this Agreement.
15. Severability.
Suppose a court of competent jurisdiction holds any term, clause, or provision hereof
is invalid or unenforceable. In that case, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or
operation of any other term, clause, or condition, and such invalid term, clause, or
provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement.
16. Entire Agreement.
This Rental Agreement constitutes the parties’ entire agreement concerning the
subject matter of the agreement. It supersedes and cancels any previous
representations, agreements, understandings, or arrangements (whether written or
oral) between the parties.
By signing below, the parties hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this
agreement with one another.
