CAR AGREEMENT
This Car Agreement is entered into on _____________________ between, Aaron
Blanchard (hereinafter referred to as “Party A” and Zaida Larbi (hereinafter
referred to as “Party B”. Together referred to as “parties”.
WHEREAS the parties have agreed to be legally bound as follows; –
1. Purpose.
The agreed purpose of this agreement is for Aaron Blanchard to give Zaida Larbi
$7,288 to pay off a 2021 Chevy Tahoe truck (hereinafter referred to as the “Car”) for
it to be put into the name of Aaron Blanchard.
Aaron Blanchard shall further give Zaida Larbi $7,250 once the title of the Car is in
her possession and after it has been signed over to Aaron Blanchard, the full amount
of $7,250 shall be paid out in cash to Zaida Larbi.
2. Term.
This agreement and the obligations herein shall be done between February 17,
2023, and March 17, 2023.
3. Description of the Car.

4. Damage, Destruction, or Loss of Vehicle.
If during the term of this agreement and until the payments are made in full, the
vehicle is damaged, destroyed, stolen, abandoned, or taken by any judicial or
governmental authority, Zaida Larbi will remain financially responsible and shall
notify Aaron Blanchard within five days of any of these events.
5. Maintenance & Repairs.
Zaida Larbi agrees to maintain the property in good working condition and not
misuse or abuse it.
6. Indemnity.
Aaron Blanchard shall not or under any circumstances be liable for any damage or
injuries to persons or property suffered or sustained in the car’s use, condition, or
operation, and all such claims that the Zaida Larbi waives explicitly until ownership
has passed to Aaron Blanchard.
7. Termination.
Parties herein agree that for this agreement to be terminated both parties have to
agree that the payments already made are to be refunded or as it will be agreed
between the parties.
8. Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the state of Maryland.
9. Waiver.
No waiver by either party of any default shall be deemed a waiver of prior or
subsequent default of the same of other provisions of this Agreement.
10. Severability.
Suppose any term, clause, or provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable by a
court of competent jurisdiction. In that case, such invalidity shall not affect the validity
or operation of any other term, clause, or provision, and such invalid term, clause, or
provision shall be deemed to be severed from the Agreement.
11. Entire Agreement.
This agreement constitutes the parties’ entire agreement concerning the subject
matter of the agreement and supersedes and cancels any previous representations,
agreements, understandings, or arrangements (whether written or oral) between the
parties.
By signing below, the parties hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this
agreement with one another.
