BRAND INFRINGEMENT NOTICE
It has been brought to our attention that some of our dealers are/have registered our brand.com and our domain. This is despite us having a PPC and Domain Policy which states that: dealers are strictly prohibited from using any advertising method that does not funnel to fildo sites such as wholesale and drop shipping, Popup and Click Unders, Adult and Incentived traffic is also strictly prohibited, dealers and any other users are not allowed to direct link, use fildo related doman as display URL or use fildo-related domain names to jump to other related websites to engage in related business and finally dealers are not allowed to use paid keyword ads that bid on the terms relating to Fildo (case-sensitive), the forbidden terms include but are not limited to Fiido, Fiido.com, Fiidoebike, Fiidobike or www.fiido.com.
According to our policy any variations or misspellings or any alteration with our brand will lead to cancellation of the supply program to the offending agent and lack of cooperation from us. Further, our brand will ask for compensation for serious consequences or losses caused by the violation.
Please desist from engaging in any such behavior as listed above as such behavior may result into non-cooperation from us, initiation of a lawsuit against you, and failure to supply the product.
