BOOTH RENTAL AGREEMENT.

This Booth Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered on this ____ day of _____ ________ (the “Effective Date”), between ______________, Contact Info: _____________________________, (hereinafter referred to as the “Business”), and _____________, Address ____________ (herein referred to as the “Freelancer”).

NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

  • TERM.

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period _______ [Weeks/Months/Years] commencing on the Effective Date herein, subject to being renewed for a __________ Year Term.

  • RENTAL CONDITION.
      1. The Business-The Business is a barbershop known as _____________, located at ______________. Freelancer shall be renting a chair and booth/barber station at the Business to work as barber.
      2. Rent-The Freelancer shall pay ___________ Dollars per ☐week ☐month for chair and booth space.
  • LIABILITY/ASSIGNMENT/SUB-CONTRACT
      1. The Freelancer shall be responsible for the chair, booth and barber station they are renting, they shall take full responsibility for any loss or damage done to the furniture/equipment in their care. In the Event that there is loss and/or damage to the furniture/equipment, the Freelancer shall either replace them or compensate the Business a monetary equivalent. The Freelancer shall be liable for any fees/costs related with installation of the new rented items including but not limited to booth, chair and shelves.
      2. The Freelancer shall not assign or sublease the chair, booth or barber station without prior written consent from the Business.
  • TERMINATION.

Either Party can terminate this Agreement by offering a ______ Day written notice on the same, the Freelancer shall pay rent due that week/month before the termination/cancellation is made official.

  • GENERAL PROVISION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
    1. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof.  No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
    2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in Massachusetts, USA.
    3. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Business and the Freelancer and their respective successors and assigns, provided that the Freelancer may not assign any of their obligations under this Agreement without the Business’s prior written consent.  

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been executed by the parties as of the Effective Date.
