BIKE RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Bike Rental Agreement effective as of June 1, 2022 is entered into by and between
Ride it LLC and Beach Reunion Vacation Rentals. Individually referred to as ‘Party’ and
collectively referred to as ‘Parties’. The Parties intend to be legally bound as follows:
1. Purpose. Ride it LLC will offer 46 bikes to Beach Reunion Vacation Rentals. All
bikes will be delivered in good condition and any damages, theft, or loss will be
the responsibility of the vacation rental Company. Ride it LLC will provide
maintenance to the bikes every week.
2. Term and Termination. The term of agreement shall commence on the effective
date and continue effectively for 5 months. This Agreement may be terminated
for non-payment and failure of either party to perform their obligations under this
Agreement.
3. Compensation. As good and valuable consideration, Beach Reunion Vacation
Rentals will compensate Ride it LLC, $ 50 per bike per month.
4. Release from Liability. Beach Reunion Rentals releases and hold harmless
Ride it LLC from any injuries or accidents of the guests while using the bikes.
5. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising between the Parties shall be solved in
good faith through mediation.
6. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to
the laws of the State of _______________________
7. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the
Parties and supersedes all prior communications, understandings and agreement
relating to the subject matter, whether oral or written.
