ALIMONY WAIVER AGREEMENT
This Agreement effective as of __________________________ is entered into by and between _______________________________ AND ________________________________. Individually referred to as ‘Party’ and collectively referred to as ‘Parties’. The Parties intend to be legally bound as follows:
- RECITALS
Whereas, the Parties were married and got separated in _________________;
Whereas, the Wife would like to waiver alimony against the husband;
Whereas, the Husband will pay monthly rent until the end of the lease;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound as follows:
- PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
In exchange of rent payments for the wife, the wife waivers any alimony suits or actions against the husband. The husband will pay monthly rent of $ 2000 for property located in 2568 La Canada Ave, Clovis Ca, until January 31, 2024.
- TERM AND TERMINATION
The term of this agreement will commence on _______________________ and continue effectively until January 31, 2024. This Agreement may be terminated if the Wife seeks spousal support or any financial liabilities of the husband after 31 January 2021. If the wife seeks spousal support, all monies paid for rent at $ 2000 per month by the husband, will be owed to the husband by the wife.
- GENERAL CONDUCT
Both Parties agree to conduct themselves in a peaceable manner.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising between the parties shall be solved in good faith through mediation between the parties.
- GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed and construed according to the laws of __________________.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties on these matters, superseding any previous agreements between them.
- MODIFICATION BY SUBSEQUENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement may be modified by subsequent agreement of the parties only by an instrument in writing signed by both of them, an oral agreement to the extent the parties execute it, or in an in-court oral agreement made into an order by a court of competent jurisdiction.
