BLACK HAWK ARMORY, L.L.C ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY CERTIFICATE
This Agreement is entered into as of [insert date] by and between:
A. BLACK HAWK ARMORY, LLC, whose address and place of business is located at
2 WISCONSIN CIRCLE SUITE 700, CHEVY CHASE, MD 20815 (hereinafter
referred to as “Armory”)
-AND-
B. [INSERT THE NAME OF THE CLIENT], whose address for the purposes of this
agreement shall be [insert address] (hereinafter referred to as “Client”)
Armory and Client are hereby individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
Armory and Client hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The parties agree that on the [insert date] the Client purchased a gun [insert details
of the gun including serial number/make/etc] from Armory.
2. That upon signing this Certificate, the Client is agreeing to having received the said
gun referred to in Clause 1 above as well as [insert number of magazines received]
magazines from Armory.
3. The Client warrants that he has satisfied himself that the Gun is fit for every purpose
which he requires it and that he does not rely on any skill or judgment of the Seller in
that regard.
4. This Agreement shall be binding upon all Parties.
5. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Armory shall be relieved from liability
hereunder if the Client makes any alterations to the gun that may cause any damage
or injury.
6. All Parties agree that the other Parties are free from any liability or wrongdoing. Any
liability or wrongdoing is expressly denied. Furthermore, the Parties each agree that
neither Party shall disparage the other to any third party at any time.
7. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws in
Maryland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be
resolved amicably, failure of which shall be referred to an accredited mediator.
