GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

THIS GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated this 24th day of January, 2019.

Background

  1. com is looking for people (models), who are willing to provide pictures posing as a couple. The Client or their photographer will take the pictures and place it on a dating website as a slider to attract customers. The Contractor will NOT be paid for their photos which would be taken to be used on the website.
  2. The Client believes that the Contractor has all the requisite qualifications, abilities, and experiences to provide the services needed by the Client. Therefore, there would not be any form of training of the Contractors by the Client.
  3. The Contractor agrees to provide the services required by the Client under the conditions outlined in the Agreement.

IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters outlined above and the obligations and benefits allocated to both the Client and the Contractors, whose receipt and adequacy are hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Contractor (the “Parties”) agree as follows:

 

  1. The Client agrees to engage the Contractor to provide modelling services in form of pictures and photos. The Contractor would pose for photography alongside another person, given that the Client needs photos of couples only. Therefore, to show that the people in the photos are couples, the contractor would be required to pose alongside another person.
  2. The photographs which, which would be on the site indefinitely, would be taken of the Contractors who would be posing as couples would be used in a website to advertise for dating services. The photos would be put on a slide and be readily available for viewing by anybody who visits the Client’s website. Thus, the pictures would be a form of attraction to people who want to find a date.
  3. Further, the Client wishes to make it clear that there would be no compensation for the photos taken of the Contractors. The Client believes that the use of the Contractor’s pictures on the website would give the Contractor exposure and make them potential clients of other websites or any other media which might need their photos. Therefore, the Client considers this arrangement to be of mutual benefit to both the Contractor and the Client.
  4. The terms of this Agreement will commence on the 24th day of January, 2019 and will continue indefinitely, or as long as the photos would still be on the website. The Agreement would still be binding even after the completion of the photography services since the pictures of the Contractor would be on a website.
  5. The Parties agree to do everything in their ability to ensure that the terms of this Agreement are adhered to and successfully fulfilled. The Client agrees to hold their part of the Agreement; and the Contractor too agrees to hold their part of the Agreement.
  6. The Contractor agrees to keep secret all the confidential information that they will receive from the Client.
  7. The Client agrees that they will not divulge the confidential information that they have been given by the Contractor.
  8. This Agreement contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties, and no other understandings or agreements, oral or otherwise, exist regarding the subject matter herein
