NOTICE: VENDOR represents and warrants that it has legal right and/or possessory interest in and to the goods that are listed on: a) any Purchase Order sent to VENDOR from HANGGROUP TELECOM LIMITED; and b) any invoice sent to HANGGROUP TELECOM LIMITED from VENDOR. Accordingly, VENDOR acknowledges that their receipt of any payment from HANGGROUP TELECOM LIMITED constitutes an unequivocal acknowledgement from VENDOR that VENDOR has legal right and full possessory interest over the goods, at the time of the sale.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES: VENDOR shall bear sole responsibility and/or liability for any claim arising from the sale of goods to HANGGROUP TELECOM LIMITED. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, HANGGROUP TELECOM LIMITED will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the purchase and use of the said goods, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
