WORK DRESS CODE AGREEMENT

This Work Dress Code Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered on this ____ day of _____ 2020 (the “effective date”), as a “Self Contract” for ______________ (herein referred to as “I” or “Me”)

WHEREAS, this Agreement shall guide me in adhering to the work place dress code. This is line with my position as the HR Manager.

NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the requirements of the workplace, I agree as follows:

  • TERM.

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period _____ [Weeks/Months/Years], commencing on the Effective Date herein.

  • SCOPE.

I shall:

  1. All clothes; skirts, dresses, pants, shirts and sweaters should be tailored, clean and ironed to perfection.
  2. Maintain a knee length height for skirts and dress at all times while at work. In case of a slit on the skirt or the dress, it should be at the back center and should not expose a lot to be seen.
  3. Always be in fitting dresses, skirts or pants that are neither too tight nor overly baggy. 
  4. All jewelry and accessories must be simple yet sophisticated, conservative and with subtle colors as opposed to bright colors.
  5. Makeup should be conservative and as natural looking as possible.
  6. Shoes must be either, black, navy, brown, tan, or taupe in color. They should leather or fabric. The heel should be high and comfortable enough to walk around. Chunky heels shall not be considered appropriate. 
  7. All lingerie, including but not limited to hose and bras, should be in conservative colors and well under clothing. Hose is only expected where the skirt or dress is overly short to expose the thigh while sitting. Bras or bra straps should be kept out of sight.
  8. Bags, purses and briefcases should be simple and if possible kept in the desk.
  • TERMINATION/CANCELLATION.

I can terminate/cancel this Agreement only if I am no longer employed and serving at the position I currently occupy.

  • REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTY.

I represent and warrant that I am NOT party to any other agreement that would restrict the terms of this Agreement. I represent and warrant that, for the purpose of this Agreement, no third party can persuade Me to change or modify any of the terms covered under this Agreement. 

  • GENERAL PROVISION.

This Agreement contains the entire Agreement relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, related to the subject matter hereof.  No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by Me.
