I assume all and any costs for the damages I caused on or about _____ day of _______ 2021, while carrying out my employment obligation at the Company’s Client’s premises located at _________________________, and all the damage caused to two neighboring condos.

I hold the Company blameless and I shall defend and indemnify the Company against all and any claims from the client. The Company shall neither be obligated nor be pressured into assuming any repair costs for the damage I caused.
