MARKETING AGREEMENT.

This Marketing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered on this ____ day of _____ 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between Marketing for People Ltd, 4 Wilkinson Terrace Tadcaster LS24 9BP. Company No. 08341411 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”), and _____________, Address ____________ (herein referred to as the “Client”).

NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

  • TERM.

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period One Billing Month commencing on the Effective Date herein, rolling unless at least one full billing period notice is given.

  • SCOPE/BILLING

The Agency provides marketing services in the following categories:

€ 9 per Hour 

 Junior Designer/Administrator
  • Basic graphic design and video editing 
  • Basic website changes (small edits)
  • Website admin (e-commerce)
Tier 2

€ 20 per Hour

 Marketing Assistant/Developer/Copywriter 
  • Copywriting
  • Email marketing
  • Basic automation 
  • Advanced website changes (new pages/designs)
Tier 3

€ 35 per Hour

 Marketing Manager
  • Facebook Ads, Google Ads
  • Search optimization 
  • Advanced automation 
  • Strategy
  • Project management
  • Meetings/calls 
Minimum amount billable each month is € 35

*Client should take note that this list is non-exhausted and is subject to change.

The Client understands that the services provided can be subcontracted to others, the Company may act as an agent to purchase third-party services or software on behalf of the Client.

  • REFUNDS/DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
      1. In the event of disputes, the Client shall allow the Agency an opportunity to rectify the issue before can be requested. The Client has 5 days after the rectification of the issue to either accept or reject it. If it is rejected, a refund can be issued for part or all of the invoice. 
      2. The Client understands that the Agency shall only refund the invoice for the most recent billing period.
      3. Disputes must be raised within 10 working days of receiving an invoice for the previous billing period. If no dispute is raised beyond this period, it shall be acknowledged that the Client has accepted the service and waives the right to request a refund.
  • BUGS/ERRORS
      1. In the event of a bug or error, it is important to email support@mfp.co as soon as possible. Where the bug or error is a fault with work that has been completed by us, and it is still within 14 days of the last invoice, a remedy will be taken at no cost within a reasonable timeframe. Priority will be given to critical or business sensitive (e.g. website offline).
      2. Bugs/errors arising from a fault caused by the Client will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and will be agreed in advance of billable work taking place.
      3. Where third-party software has been used (e.g. WordPress plugins) it is the responsibility of the software owner to provide support to remedy bugs and errors. There may be an additional cost to fix the issue, however, in most occasions support is covered in the software license. The time, and cost, to remedy an issue is the responsibility of the third-party software provider.
  • CONFIDENTIALITY.

The Agency agrees to keep the Client’s confidential information such as trade secrets, formulas or any details pertaining the Company that may be communicated to the Agency for the purpose of this Agreement confidential. The Agency shall not use the said information without prior written consent by the Client except if the information is required by law and/or the information is already in the public domain.

  • TERMINATION/CANCELLATION.

This Agreement can be terminated for any reason if at least on billing period notice is given. The Client shall send a notice to terminate to support@mfp.co 

  • MODIFICATION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
    1. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof.  No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
    2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in United Kingdom.
