PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT.

This Partnership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered on this ____ day of _____ 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between ____________ (hereinafter referred to as the “School”), and ___________, (herein referred to as the “Company”).

WHEREAS, the School is a security school that provides education and training for students who want to pursue a career in security guard services.

WHEREAS, the Company refers to security guard service companies.

WHEREAS, Employee/s refers to graduates from the School that the Company seeks to hire.

NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

  • TERM.

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period _____ [Weeks/Months/Years], commencing on the Effective Date herein.

  • SCOPE/COMMISSION.
      1. The School shall provide its referral services to the Company seeking to hire employees.
      2. The Company shall pay the School ________ Dollars commission for every employee hired.
  • LIABILITY.

The School shall not be held responsible for misconduct committed by employee hired and/or employed by the Company. The Company shall hold the School blameless for such issues and handle the issue between the employee and the Company.

  • TERMINATION/CANCELLATION.

Parties agree that either Party can cancel/terminate the Agreement at any given time, provided that the intending Party provides the other Party a 30 Day Written Notice on the cancel/termination.

  • MODIFICATION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
    1. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Partners relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof.  No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both Partners hereto. 
    2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in Florida, USA.
