I am looking for assistance in drafting a temporary legal injunction first, then a legal complaint after reviewing a divorce and custody decree with a parenting communication transcript and state code for electronic harassment.
I believe I have evidence of electronic harassment, numerous times when decree agreement was broken, just in the parenting communication app. I am looking for somebody to draft a temporary injunction, as soon as possible, and then draft a complaint based upon the provided evidence.
