I need a motion to compal arbitration ? can you do that ?
okay here the story. the credit card sued me. I responded with motion to dismiss lack of service. they responded to that I then responded to there response then they filled a motion for summary judgment I responded motion to stay. before the court detrtemend if there was good service. now where having a hearing on whether there good service. I think apperatanly the judge is very pro there side and at hearing if I lose they will look at the motion for summary judgment. I don’t want that so if I compell arbitration I could push it off for better settlement options. also if we do arbitration there a chance 3 months till state of limitations on when they can sue me runs out we could get there
