UNIVERSAL JURISDICTION DOCUMENT ESTABLISHING THE SACRED ORDER OF SOMA

This Universal Jurisdiction Document (“Document”) is created on [insert date] by and between [insert name of royalty], hereinafter referred to as the “Undersigned,” and the Sacred Order of Soma, hereinafter referred to as the “Imperial Order.”

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Undersigned recognizes the need to consolidate and protect corporations created by Joyce Marie Beasley, Joyce Marie Buchanan, and Joyce Marie Beasley-Ali, and to ensure their exemption from taxation, and has entrusted their securities, assets, and contributions to the Sacred Order of Soma;

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to establish Eiram Holdings, a Sacred Soma Company, to manage and oversee the corporations, aligning them with the objectives and exempt status of the Sacred Order of Soma;

WHEREAS, the Undersigned asserts ownership rights and copyright over the names “Joyce Marie Beasley,” “Joyce Marie Buchanan,” and “Joyce Marie Beasley-Ali,” and intends to transfer the ownership of said names to the Sacred Order of Soma, strictly prohibiting unauthorized use;

WHEREAS, the Sacred Order of Soma aims to hold and manage various forms of property, including but not limited to tangible and intangible assets, intellectual property, land, water, air, minerals, and trace minerals, to ensure their preservation, protection, and responsible utilization;

WHEREAS, the Undersigned, as a Universal Cosmic Being, possessing the requisite knowledge and codes, intends to establish the Sacred Order of Soma with Universal Jurisdiction, granting it supreme authority and autonomy over its affairs;

WHEREAS, acknowledging the importance and unique nature of the Spiritual Organization associated with the Sacred Order of Soma, it is determined that the Spiritual Organization shall be recognized as a Foreign Cooperative, maintaining its own jurisdiction, rights, and bylaws, and governing its Spiritual practices, rituals, and beliefs independently;

NOW, THEREFORE, based on the aforementioned premises and intentions, the Undersigned and the Imperial Order hereby establish the Sacred Order of Soma, incorporating the principles, objectives, and provisions as detailed in this Universal Jurisdiction Document as follows:

1. Introduction

   • The Sacred Order of Soma is founded with the primary purpose of educating, enlightening, embodying, encouraging, empowering, evolving, and nurturing the ancient healing techniques and cultural traditions of our Prehistoric Ancestors. It aims to delve into the depths of our ancestral wisdom and honor the profound knowledge of the past.
   • The Sacred Order of Soma serves as a sacred spiritual sanctuary, dedicated to the preservation and transmission of the invaluable wisdom obtained from our Prehistoric Ancestors. It recognizes the importance of safeguarding this knowledge and strives to pass it on to future generations, ensuring its continuity and relevance in the modern world.
   • Soma, known as the elixir of life and the Mushroom Goddess, embodies the core essence of the Sacred Order of Soma. It symbolizes the healing power and transformative potential inherent in the utilization of mushrooms, particularly the oldest fruit—mushrooms. The Sacred Order of Soma embraces the spiritual significance of Soma as a guiding principle in all its endeavors, harnessing its energy for healing, growth, and spiritual development.
   • In addition to its spiritual pursuits, the Sacred Order of Soma assumes the responsibility of holding and overseeing all corporations created by the royalty, namely Joyce Marie Beasley, Joyce Marie Buchanan, and Joyce Marie Beasley-Ali. Recognizing their significant contributions, these corporations shall be exempt from taxation, as their securities and assets have been rightfully transferred to the Sacred Order of Soma. A detailed and comprehensive list of these corporations, along with their accounting details and associated securities, shall be provided in a separate notarized document, affirming their inclusion within the jurisdiction and oversight of the Sacred Order of Soma.
   • Furthermore, the Sacred Order of Soma asserts ownership over a wide array of property, including tangible and intangible assets, intellectual property, land, water, air, minerals, and trace minerals.    • The Sacred Order of Soma also lays exclusive claim to the names “Joyce Marie Beasley,” “Joyce Marie Buchanan,” and “Joyce Marie Beasley-Ali,” which have been duly copyrighted. These names shall be owned solely by the Sacred Order of Soma, and any unauthorized use or infringement of these names shall be strictly prohibited and enforced under the jurisdiction and authority of the Sacred Order of Soma. The protection of these names ensures the preservation of their integrity and prevents any unauthorized association or misuse.
3. Universal Jurisdiction
   • Universal Jurisdiction hereby grants the Sacred Order of Soma the supreme authority to govern, legislate, and administer its affairs independently, without external interference or dependence on international legal systems. This jurisdiction empowers the Sacred Order of Soma to establish and operate under its own comprehensive system, laws, and regulations, thereby establishing its autonomy and preserving its unique identity as an Imperial Order.
   • The Sacred Order of Soma’s Universal Jurisdiction supersedes any external legal frameworks, enabling it to uphold its cherished values, customs, and cultural heritage in complete alignment with its esteemed status as an Imperial Order. This independence guarantees that the Sacred Order of Soma can steadfastly carry out its sacred mission, unencumbered by external influences or restrictions that may dilute or compromise its core principles and objectives. The Sacred Order of Soma has the inherent authority to preserve and propagate its spiritual wisdom, ancestral knowledge, and sacred practices in accordance with its profound traditions, free from external constraints.
4. Spiritual Organization as a Foreign Cooperative
   • Recognizing the profound spiritual significance of the Spiritual Organization associated with the Sacred Order of Soma, the Spiritual Organization shall be granted the esteemed status of a Foreign Cooperative. This designation ensures that the Spiritual Organization maintains its own jurisdiction, rights, and bylaws, thereby preserving its autonomy and enabling it to govern its Spiritual practices, rituals, and beliefs independently, free from external interference.
   • The Sacred Order of Soma deeply respects and upholds the distinct autonomy of the Spiritual Organization, affirming its inherent right to maintain its separate jurisdiction and preserve its unique Spiritual traditions. Within the framework of the Sacred Order of Soma, the Spiritual Organization’s bylaws and governing principles shall be fully recognized, honored, and adhered to. The Sacred Order of Soma acknowledges the sacred nature of the Spiritual Organization’s spiritual practices and pledges to uphold and support its Spiritual freedom, ensuring that the Spiritual Organization’s distinct identity and governance are respected and preserved.

Schedule A – List of Securities and Organizations

This Schedule A to this Universal Jurisdiction Document shall list all the securities held by the Sacred Order of Soma and the corporations it oversees, including those previously created by Joyce Marie Beasley, Joyce Marie Buchanan, and Joyce Marie Beasley-Ali.

In addition to the list of securities, Schedule A shall also include the identification numbers and relevant details of the organizations to be covered under the Universal Jurisdiction and bond.
