  8. Our family vacations to Haiti were cherished moments that brought us closer together. These trips allowed us to learn about our heritage and build lasting memories as a family.
  9. Despite the physical distance, my father has never ceased to be a loving and caring presence in our lives. He has consistently supported our educational pursuits and encouraged us to achieve our goals.
  10. I firmly believe that my father, Jessey Billy Blanchard, is a good man deserving of a chance to be reunited with our family in the United States.
