CODE OF CONDUCT
Boston Social Deception Games is a board-game group dedicated to promote fun and friendship.
We also have a keen focus on social justice. Participation in the group’s activities is subject to
the observance of the following group’s rules and procedures.
1. MEMBERSHIP
For the purpose of this Code of Conduct, one is deemed a member of the group if they have
maintained attendance to our activities for at least three consecutive times.
2. AGE LIMIT
The group’s activities are only available to individuals of at least eighteen (18) years.
3. STANDARDS OF GOOD BEHAVIOR
All members shall stand united behind the principles of respect, inclusion, and acceptance. We
welcome and are committed to providing a fun and safe environment for all persons regardless of
race, ethnicity, color, gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, religious belief, age,
disability, veteran status or national origin. We only allow alcohol consumption depending on
the activities.
4. PRIVACY
All members shall respect the privacy of others and shall shun activities such as posting photos
of others on the internet without verbal permission.
5. NO-REFUNDS
We shall offer NO REFUNDS for any and/or ALL payments made to us.
6. PROHIBITTED ACTIVITIES
The activities outlined below are strictly prohibited. Any participant who violates this Code is
subject to discipline, up to and including removal from our activities.

i. Abusive language towards a staff member, volunteer or another participant.
ii. Participation in illegal activities.
iii. Possession or use of illegal drugs on the group’s property or reporting to the
program while under the influence of drugs.
iv. Excessive drinking.
v. Bringing onto the group’s property dangerous or unauthorized materials such as
explosives, firearms, weapons or other similar items.
vi. Disregard of the rules of the facility which includes no littering.
vii. Discourtesy or rudeness to a fellow member, staff member or volunteer.
viii. Verbal, physical or visual harassment of another participant, staff member or
volunteer.
ix. Actual or threatened violence toward any individual or group.
x. Conduct endangering the life, safety, health or well-being of others.
xi. Failure to follow any group’s policy or procedure.
xii. Bullying or taking unfair advantage of any participant.
xiii. Any other behavior which, in the sole discretion of BSDG, the game official, tour
escort and/or agents carrying out services, is deemed to be in any way
inappropriate
7. BREACH OF THE TERMS IN THE CODE OF CONTR
Any person or team considered to be in violation of this code of conduct can be immediately
removed from the game or activity. We may also require such a person or team to leave the

playing area and/or event venue in a timely fashion, and will be subject to any or all of the
following disciplinary actions, in each instance without refund of any kind:
i. Verbal warning
ii. Suspension
iii. Expulsion from group or activity
iv. Ban from further group activities
v. Termination of membership
I have read and I understand the Boston Social Deception Game’s Code of Conduct. I agree to
abide by the rules described above and understand that I may be removed as a participant if I
violate any of these rules.
