RE: Denial of Claims and Affirmative Statement

Dear ______________,

This response is to your cease and desist letter received on the 2nd day of September, 2020. I, Suk Young Kang, hereby deny each and every allegation set forth in your cease and desist letter including but not limited to, the claim that I am infringing your design patents, intellectual property and copyrights.

Affirmative Statement

Quikslot is a business that deals in business card and memo display holder. My product is genuine and does not in any way infringe design patent, intellectual property nor any copyrights as claimed. Quikslot falls under a different category from your products and also serves a different purpose. As AUTOBOXCLUB.INC deals in mounting EZ pass, Quikslot deals in business cards/memo display holders for vehicles.

To that effect, I have a pending utility patent and I am willing to do my best to protect my intellectual property.

For these reasons it has been concluded that the claims made in your cease and desist letter are invalid.

Sincerely,
