AGREED between the Owner and the Customer that the Owner shall rent/lease to the
Customer the above-described motor vehicle in the manner specified in this agreement
and at a price stipulated in the table below:

5. Further to the above the Customer shall pay the Owner the following fees:

6. The following shall be considered breach and the Customer shall in addition to fees stated
above, pay the fees prescribed if the following occur:

7. This agreement shall be subject to statutory fee taxes being Miami Sales Tax of 7%
which fee shall be paid by the Customer.
8. The Customer shall pay to the Lender security deposit fee of $_________ (the agreed
value based on the release of the vehicle) with a minimum of $1000 which deposit shall
be returned upon return of the car.
9. At all times relevant to this contract, smoking, food consumption, and pets shall not be
allowed in the vehicle and where such is detected upon inspection the Customer shall pay
fee as may be prescribed by the Lender.
10. If tolls are used, the Customer shall pay to the Lender a Flat Fee for Tolls of $30.
11. At all material times relevant to this contract only 93 minimum gas will be used. The
Customer agrees not to fuel the vehicle with any other fuel other than 93 premium gas
and where fueling the vehicle with the said gas is not possible, the Lender shall fuel the
vehicle at a fee payable by the Customer.
12. The Customer shall return the vehicle on the date and time specified and there shall be no
grace period for vehicle return. Where the Customer returns the vehicle beyond the time
and date prescribed, the Customer shall pay additional fee as prescribed by the Lender.
13. The Customer shall not exceed 150 miles per day.
14. The Customer shall be responsible for incase of Key Loss/Lock out.
15. Before booking the Customer shall provide the following information on current address:
street, zip, city and state. Further, the Customer will also indicate their residence in
Miami.
16. The Customer shall provide the names as per ID and payment at the time of check in and
failing to do so will make him not be granted the vehicle.
17. The Customer herein waivers and by signing this agreement waives any claims against
any liability over injury, loss, or death arising from the renting out of the vehicles. The
Customer agrees that by operating the vehicles it is at their own risk.

19. Vehicle Damage Cover shall cover cost of Property Damage due to scrapes, minor
dents, curb rash, and other common damages up to $1,000 but shall not include tire
damage from customer misuse.
20. All Cancellations made by a Customer shall be subject to a 50% refund with at least 48
hours’ notice.
21. The Customer agrees not to smoke in the vehicle and acknowledges that he/she will be
charged an automatic fine of $350 if the vehicle is smoked in. the customer further agrees
not to operate the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and will operate in
a safe and legal manner at all times.
22. The Customer agrees to return the vehicle with the same fuel level that is marked
above or to be charged $5 per gallon needed to match the outgoing fuel level. The
Customer also guarantees that he/she is at least 18 years of age and shall not allow the
vehicle to be loaned, rented or driven by any other person and will not go beyond the
prescribed limit.
23. The Customer guarantees that he/she has motor vehicle insurance coverage which
complies with the State of Florida minimum liability requirement and is sufficient to
provide primary first vehicular coverage against any and all losses, damages, expense
fee and/or claim and hereby agree to indemnify and hold Lovie’s Exotic Rentals harmless
from and against all losses, damages, claims, expenses and/or fees, including attorney’s
fees related to customer’s possession of the said or control regardless of fault.
24. The Customer agrees that they will provide their current insurance’s phone number.
Failure to provide accurate information such as valid insurance or ID may result to
cancellation and possibly a nonrefundable of the security deposit.
25. Subject to this agreement, rules, statutes and with the exception of the driver, no
additional driver(s) shall be authorized to drive this vehicle save as listed below:
