Contract of Employment
Need too wear G M Windows & Doors uniform
Any damages where having too claim insurance will be payable at £750 ( which will be taken in 3
monthly installments of £250 )
Minimum holiday allocation 28 days minus bank holidays
Holiday pay is 8.5 hours per day
Standard time is loading the jobs for the day at 7:30 or being on site for 8:00am
Standard day pay is 7:30-4:30 although the job needs completing in the allocated time so this needs
too be factored in
Hourly pay
Safety wear too be used when required / gloves when handling glass / glasses when using grinder
Van too be properly locked at night
When paying for items use the company business card and getting the VAT invoice ( photo of the full
invoice including all text )
Diesel too be paid for at the specified fuel station using the specified loyalty cards loyalty cards not
used as instructed will result in the fuel coming out of the employee wage
Saturdays/ weekend work may sometimes be required
Monthly pay with the last Friday of every month being pay day always working 1 week in advance
