RE; CEASE AND DESIST
The above matter refers.
This letter is to serve as a demand to you, which I thus make, that you cease and desist from
defaming me immediately, and I will insist that you comply with this demand. The subject
defamation has included, but is not limited to, you accusing me of stealing from your Company,
where I worked as an office manager from September 2021 until September 5th, 2022. This
defamation has been spread, in part, through communication with family, friends, community,
prospective employers and my wife in addition to spreading some dubious recordings and videos
of myself.
You have been spreading malicious, erroneous and baseless information about me which is
detrimental to me my personally and professionally. Stand guided that it is against the law for an
individual to make statements with the intent to damage another person’s reputation without
factual evidence or based on hearsay.
If you do not comply with my demand letter, you will be subject to a legal action in which I
will seek, among others financial damages for the defamation and the subsequent
emotional damage that I have experienced as a result of it.
I will vigorously pursue my rights without further notice to you and I reserve the right to take
legal action for any breach of my rights, whether they occurred in the past or are occurring in the
present. This includes a defamation suit, and action against you for the threats made on my life.
