CONTRIBUTOR RELEASE FORM
Thank you for accepting to take part in Elkind+Sweet Communications, Inc’s (D.B.A GoodCharacter) work of
providing resources for educators as guides (hereinafter the "Contribution").
Through this Contributor Release Form (“agreement”), you agree to provide us, the Company herein with the
Contribution on the following terms and conditions: –
I hereby agree that all rights, title and interest in and in respect of my Contribution shall irrevocably
vest in and is hereby assigned to the Company and that the Company shall have the unfettered right to
deal with the Contribution or any part of it in any way that it thinks fit.
Accordingly, I agree that my Contribution or any part of it may be exhibited or otherwise however
exploited (and such exploitation may include the exploitation of ancillary rights therein) in all media
and formats throughout the universe in perpetuity free of any monetary consideration e.g royalty or
liability. The Company may share the Contribution as it deems fit e.g with other users under their terms
of use.
I irrevocably and unconditionally waive all rights relating to the Contribution to which I may now or may
in the future be entitled.
The Company may, without my consent, use the Contribution for all purposes of advertising,
publicizing, distributing, and exploiting the Contribution or advertising, promoting or publicizing itself
in all media and formats throughout the universe.
The Company shall not be liable to my legal representatives, heirs or assigns, me or any third party for
any loss or damage or injury caused or suffered during or in connection with this Contribution.
The Company shall be under no obligation to make any use of my Contribution. It shall not be liable to
me if my Contribution is not used by them in any way. In addition, the Company may make any
changes to the contribution or deleted it after posting.
I affirm and guarantee that I am authorized to give the Company permission to access and use the
Contribution. The contribution is original and I own all rights to it, it shall not contain anything which
is an infringement of another’s right e.g copyright or which is calculated to bring the Company into
disrepute.
The Company may store my contact details on their database in case they need to contact me but shall
not disclose my contact details to any third party without my express written permission.
I shall not any time disclose to any other person whatsoever any information concerning this agreement,
whether such information is stated to be confidential or not, without the express written permission of
the Company.
I hereby confirm that the terms of this agreement have been explained to me and that I understand them.
I hereby confirm that I have the capacity to contract, and I freely and voluntarily enter into this
agreement.
Dispute under this agreement shall be resolved through Mediation, and in the event the Company is
found liable, they shall only be entitled to take down the Contribution within 45 days.
The laws of California govern the formation, validity, and execution of this agreement.
