Dear Sir/Madam,
I am contacting you regarding Insert Name and Address of Property.
I have a dispute with my neighbor regarding the driveway, which is an extremely valuable part of the property. As a result, my neighbor has hired an attorney and demanded that I stop using the driveway. Therefore, it has become necessary for me to survey and hire an attorney to protect my right to use the driveway.

“This commitment is subject to title which is free and clear of all encumbrances except those approved by us and is in the opinion of our council a good and clear record and marketable title we must be furnished with a mortgage policy of title insurance written in the amount of the mortgage loan this policy will be obtained by our closing attorney at your expense.”
I expect you to either hire an attorney to represent me on this matter, or cover any expenses I might incur when I hire an attorney to represent me on this matter.
