Now here come Defendant Eric Haynes by special appearance not to be misinterpreted by general appearance, moves this Court for an order requiring the State of Ohio to furnish a Bill of Particulars setting forth specifically the nature of the offenses charged in the indictment, pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R. Crim. P. 7(E) as to the following: so defendant can understand the jurisdiction, and the charges that he is being accused of?

- What Signs did you observe that showed that Haynes was impaired?
- Did you allow Haynes his constitutional rights?
