SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT effective as of [DATE], is made and entered into by and between [NAME]
of address [ADDRESS] (hereafter ‘‘G’’) and [NAME] of address [ADDRESS] (hereafter, ‘‘the
C’’), collectively to be referred as to (‘‘parties/settling signatories.’’)
WHEREAS, this settlement involves G’s use of C’s credit card;
WHEREAS, G is to pay back the money she spent from C’s Credit card;
WHEREAS, G has been an authorized user of the credit card since 22 nd July 2014;
WHEREAS, C claims not to have any knowledge of the authorization

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth in this
Agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and sufficiency of
which are hereby acknowledged, the Settling Signatories agree as follows:
- EFFECTIVE DATE.
As used in this Agreement, the “Effective Date” shall mean the date as of which the
Agreement is fully executed. - THE SETTLEMENT.
2.1 As of the effective date, George Amin agrees to make the required payment of
$_______________ towards Citibank account ending in 6373. The payment shall be
made through the bank involved in the transaction.
2.2 Without conceding the merit or lack of merit of any claim or defense or the existence of
any liability whatsoever, the Settling Signatories wish to settle, compromise, and finally
and forever resolve all matters, controversies, disputes, and claims that may exist
between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this claim.
2.3 Neither should George Amin nor Christine Daoud use the name of the other or
information of the other in any financial transactions involving either accounts or credit
cards in the future.
- NO ADMISSION OF WRONGDOING.
This Agreement (whether or not consummated), the settlement reflected herein, and all
communications or other actions relating to this settlement shall not be used by any Party
for any purpose in a lawsuit. against C and G. - CONSTRUCTION
4.1 The terms, provisions, and conditions of this Agreement are the result of negotiations in
good faith and at arm’s length between the parties.
Since a lot of controversies surrounded the subject matter of this claim and involved social media
accusations, it would only be fair and equitable for G to clear her name through the same
platform she was accused from. “I dont want it to be a term in the settlement, I just want to make
sure that there is nothing in the settlement will stop me from sharing it on social media (legal wise) if
I choose to do so”
However, G is prohibited from speaking ill of C or tainting his name in any way and neither
should C speak ill or taint G’s name on any social media platform. “Need this to be changed
please, try to make it more strong, and no need to mention the social media as I clarified above”
4.2 In the event of a dispute in regard to this section, both parties shall clear each other’s
name publicly through any platform as deemed appropriate. “Not needed” - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This contract represents the entire agreement between the two parties and supersedes any
previous written or oral agreement. This agreement may be modified at any time,
provided there is written consent of both parties.
- MODIFICATION
This Agreement shall not be altered, amended, modified, or rescinded except by an instrument
in writing signed by each of the Parties, and specifically referencing this Agreement.
