SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is being made between _ (Service Receiver),
located at _______ (Street Address) and Turner Johnson located at (Street
Address) on __(Date) . This Agreement will become effective on________________

  1. Services
    Turner Johnson agrees to perform the services (“Services”) listed herein. The Parties
    acknowledge that their obligations pursuant to this Agreement serve as good and valuable
    consideration for this Agreement.
    a. Services
    i. I will develop a recipe for CBD energy chew that is vegan, all-natural and low
    energy
    ii. I will use my skills to the best of my ability
  2. Compensation
    They say nothing good in life is free, and my good work is no exception.
    The service receiver will make payments according to the services provided. Each service costs
    as follows:
    Service Cost
    The Recipe
    The Test Product
    Labor
    Any other services/expenses
    Further, invoiced payments must be paid by the service receiver with a period of________(days)
  3. Term
    The term of this Agreement is _ (no. of months) from the Effective date, unless
    terminated earlier for other reasons available in this Agreement.
  4. Termination
    i. If either party wants to terminate the Agreement before the termination date, they
    must provide the other Party a written notice. If you terminate the Agreement before
    the Services have been completed, you will be liable to us for a pro rata share of the
    total cost of the Services as outlined in Section 2.
    ii. This Agreement will automatically terminate when both parties have performed all
    their obligations under the Agreement and all payments have been received.
  5. Amendments

This Agreement may be modifies as needed. To make a modification; the Parties have to agree
to the modification in writing.

  1. Dispute Resolution
    The disputes will be solved through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms i.e. Negotiation
    and Arbitration. If alternative mechanisms fail, the Parties will resort to a court of competent
    jurisdiction.
  2. Entirety
    This Agreement puts the Parties entire understanding of the Services to be performed and
    anything else the Parties have agreed to in black and white (literally). This Agreement
    supersedes any other written or verbal communications between the parties.
  3. Severability
    If any section of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the rest of this
    Agreement will stand.
