This matter arises out of Plaintiff’s, Amber Ravenel, operation agreement with Monica Floyd, Peter John and Miriam Bavly as managing member of The App That Stole Christmas LLC. Plaintiff has not been involved or made aware of any decision to be made by the managing members of the LLC contrary to the California Corporations Code. The Plaintiff has not been involved or made aware of any decision to exploit intellectual property of a short film known as “The Drone That Saved Christmas”, equally owned by the Plaintiff, the Defendants, and a Monica Floyd thereby violating the Plaintiff’s intellectual property rights.
