RE: CASE NO. 09 FA 176.

Respectfully,

This letter raises my concern over the mistake in listing my case at the registry. The case is listed as a family law case based on the case number but on documents, orders, and public records, it has been listed as unclassified.

I am the Defendant in the above captioned case. This case initially involved a contention between my ex-husband, James Thomas Koenig (“Koenig”), and me over the maintenance of parental authority, parent-child relationship, and my child’s visitation rights. However, in the course of the case, the subject matter shifted after several incidences in the conduct of the case threatened my due process rights.

For instance, the Plaintiff’s Attorney committed legal malpractice when he acted negligently and without due diligence. Notably, the Attorney failed to advise Koenig accordingly when

Koenig vehemently opposed our child’s out-of-country trip, which trip would have greatly

impacted positively on our child’s experience; the Attorney led Koenig into disobeying court orders regarding visitation rights; the Attorney advised Koenig to bring out false allegations of the my bad character in a bid to limit my contact with our child; on or about December 21, 2017, the Attorney interfered and tampered with the supervisor from doing her job during supervision monitoring; the Attorney led Koenig to participate in Federal and Tax evasion by misfiling our child’s income returns; the Attorney covered up or tampered with and used incorrect language in the court that worked against me; and lastly, throughout the proceedings, the defendant participated in conflict of interest.

The Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) also participated in denying my rights to a fair trial. The GAL failed to meet the expected standard of service delivery for her professional qualification and still proceeded to bill and overcharge me. Notably, she withheld valuable information from both the parties to the case and the judge without any good reason; she had an unauthorized relationship with Koenig and his attorney; her invoices contained questionable witnesses and unjust billings. Interestingly, in one invoice, she billed me $500 for a matter that was already

dismissed by the court; without my notification or consent, she stated and requested a third party to do an alone one-on-one session on May 14, 2019; and she ignored and failed to investigate all information I provided pertaining to Koenig’s behavior that was not in the child’s best interest.

Finally, several Orders by this Honorable Court have appeared to be biased. For instance, on December 12, 2016, this Honorable Court made a decision, ex parte, regarding an issue with our child’s passport, solely based on Koenig’s allegations. Consequently, this Honorable Court denied my motion for contempt against Koenig and suspended all visitations between me and our child until further notice or until I surrendered our child’s passport to the court, which was duly done. Also, the Honorable Court relied on false information to give its Orders, which information was carefully crafted to benefit Koenig.

In light of the foregoing, it is evident that I have been subjected to a lot of injustices. Unfortunately, the injustices are furthered by the mis-listing of the case because I have a difficulty in finding legal representation. Every Attorney I approach does not see, in the records, where my parental rights have been removed and terminated. For that reason, I have failed to be represented by an Attorney, to my detriment.

This letter thereby requests you to either issue an Order that would effect the proper listing of my case or explain the reasons why my case has been listed as is. It would be in the interest of justice for the Court to grant me the said request(s).

Thank you for your attention,

Yours Faithfully,
