We represent that Evolue Skincare Inc. is duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of its home jurisdiction, Evolue Skincare Inc. is authorized to carry on its business per the Arizona Tax Certificate and the Arizona Certificate of Free Sale and Evolue Skincare Inc. has full power and authority to open and operate bank accounts in Canada.
In my opinion, the Company has good business standing and it is tax compliant, therefore, it may open Bank Accounts in any scheduled Bank and the bank accounts will be operated by the signature of Yoo Jin (Jean) Seo.
