This Lease is entered into on _____________________between, Fabine’s Luxury car rental,
herein after referred to as “the company” and hereinafter
referred to as “the customer”.
The company hereby leases to the customer, and the customer hereby leases from the
company a vehicle under the following terms and conditions: –
- Description of the Vehicle.
The vehicle to be leased is identified by the following: –

- Rental Period.
The vehicle will be leased out to the customer on a weekly rental basis until this agreement
is terminated. - Ownership of Vehicle.
The owner retains the vehicle’s title at all times. The customer must not agree, attempt, offer,
or purport to sell, assign, pledge, lease, or otherwise part with or attempt to part with
possession or otherwise deal with the vehicle. - Payment.
The customer shall pay the company the weekly rental on the agreed day each week during
the rental period USD 380.
The payment, as mentioned above, will also cater to the insurance of the vehicle. - Damage, Destruction, or Loss of Vehicle.
If, during the term of this Lease and until the return of the vehicle, it is damaged, destroyed,
stolen, abandoned, or taken by any judicial or governmental authority, the customer will
remain financially responsible and shall notify the Company within ten days of any of these
events. - Use of Vehicle.
The customer agrees that they will use the property for lawful purposes only during the term
of this Lease. The property shall not leave the United States without the expressed written
permission of the Company. - Maintenance & Repairs.
The customer agrees to maintain the property in good working condition and not misuse or
abuse it. - Indemnity.
The Company shall not or under any circumstances be liable for any damage or injuries to
persons or property suffered or sustained in the vehicle’s use, condition, or operation and all
such claims that the customer waives explicitly.
The customer agrees to and does hereby hold the Company, its agents and employees, free
and harmless from any losses, costs, demands, or liability of any kind whatsoever, including
legal costs and attorney’s fees. - Termination.
Either party may terminate the rental agreement by giving the other party prior notice.
The Company shall have the right to terminate this agreement and take possession of the
vehicle when there are any payment delays. - Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state
of Pennsylvania. - Waiver.
No waiver by either party of any default shall be deemed a waiver of prior or subsequent
default of the same of other provisions of this Agreement. - Severability.
Suppose any term, clause, or provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of
competent jurisdiction. In that case, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of
any other term, clause, or provision, and such invalid term, clause, or provision shall be
deemed to be severed from the Agreement.
This Rental agreement constitutes the parties’ entire agreement concerning the subject
matter of the agreement supersedes and cancels any previous representations, agreements,
understandings, or arrangements (whether written or oral) between the parties.
By signing below, the parties hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement with
one another.
