We collect your personal data when: a) you sign into the Application, at which point you may be required to give the patient’s name, birthdate, age, gender, among other details; b) when you contact us; c) when you respond to our request for personal data; and d) when you submit your personal data to us for any reason.
You are responsible for ensuring that all Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct.

We use your personal data that we collect about you or that you provide to us to:
- Provide you with the Application and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from us;
- Maintaining communications with you, including sending reminders for scheduled immunizations to improve childhood immunization coverage • Preparing and updating the immunization reporting tool to securely record all immunization doses administered;
- For administrative purposes such as scheduling systems;
- Updating the Application’s vaccine management system;
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information. We confirm that we shall not use your personal data for any of the following:

- For sale to advertising agents or dealers;
