We offer a range of hair products for women, men and children looking to grow their hair longer and stronger. Our products are handmade and made from natural ingredients such as castor oil, vanilla oil, rosemary oil, soybean oil, shikakai, bhrinngraj and neem. Our products include growth oils and creams.

  • PRICES.

Our product ranges are diverse hence different prices for each product. You are required to visit our website www.healthycrownhair.com for the prices. Payments shall be made to the Company’s electronically through Shop Pay, Google Pay or through Paypal accounts.

  • ORDER VERIFICATION.

The safety and security of our customers is the utmost priority of Healthy Crown Hair LLC. To this end, Healthy Crown Hair LLC seeks to create an optimal shopping environment against identity theft and fraud by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers. You shall ensure to include the correct identification details such as your name, phone number and postal address when making an order on our website. Healthy Crown Hair LLC has created a highly sophisticated algorithm that prompts verification in the following cases but not limited to:

  1. The billing address on the customer’s order does not match the credit card used in the transaction.
  2. The shipping address provided in the order is different from the billing address.
  3. Unusual shopping patterns.
  4. FRAUD.

We will actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. There are times when we may have to contact you to verify your identity to verify this transaction is legitimate. If so, this may cause some delays in your shipping time. It’s best to make sure your shipping address matches your billing address to ensure a quick delivery.

  • RETURN POLICY.

Our goal is to give you great quality hair growth oils and products for a great price. We want you to fall in love with your hair and experience good customer service. We will accept returns in exchange for store credit only. All exchange credit will be of the final purchase price on your original receipt within 14 days of purchase.  The shipping fee is nonrefundable.

All purchases are final. For exchanges, the products must be returned in its original new, unused, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and in new condition for exchange credit. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not exchange it without the original receipt.  You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. Exchange credit will be processed within 30 days. If you know what product you will like to exchange for we recommend that you advise us before returning the product. We will process your exchange and new order all at once.

  • CANCELLATION

Healthy Crown Hair LLC may, without any prior written notice, immediately suspend, terminate, discontinue and/or limit your interaction with us, any email associated with your account, and access to any of our Services. The cause for such termination, discontinuance, suspension and/or limitation of access shall include, but is not limited to:

  1. any breach or violation of our T&C or any other incorporated agreement, regulation and/or guideline;
  2. by way of requests from law enforcement or any other governmental agencies;
  3. the discontinuance, alteration and/or material modification to our Services, or any part thereof;
  4. unexpected technical or security issues and/or problems;
  5. any engagement by you in any fraudulent or illegal activities;
  6. INDEMNITY.

All users and/or members herein agree to insure and hold Healthy Crown Hair LLC, our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners and/or licensors blameless or not liable for any claim or demand, which may include, but is not limited to, reasonable attorney fees made by any third party which may arise from the use of any of our products, skin irritation or reaction to any ingredients in our products and/or your connection with these Services, your violations of the Terms and conditions and/or your violation of any such rights of another person.

  • GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
