- Parties’ Intention
WHEREAS, both parties desire to establish a clear and comprehensive Agreement that outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of each party with respect to the provision of facilities maintenance, lab equipment maintenance, waste management, security system installation and maintenance, and other building trades services;

- Scope of Work
- The Contractor agrees to provide comprehensive facilities maintenance, lab equipment maintenance, waste management, security system installation and maintenance, and other building trades services for the Client’s three facilities, located at [Facility Addresses].
