Once shipped, international orders can take up to 60 business days for delivery. For specific international delivery times, please refer to the USPS website. Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not beginning processing until Monday.
- CHARGES.
Prices quoted on the Healthy Crown Hair LLC website includes products purchased as well as shipping. Pricing does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. International orders may be subjected to custom and duty charges. Please understand we cannot do anything about this. This is pertaining to your country’s rules. Please note that international customers are responsible for any fees such as import duties, customs, and local taxes that may be required for delivery to your country. Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country so we recommend contacting your country’s customs department for estimated rates. International shipping is 6-60 business days via USPS. However, shipping delays may occur due to Customs Clearance. After placing your order you will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number to track your order.
- SHIPPING DELAYS.
Orders must be verified before shipping. Orders, where the billing address differs from the shipping address, may be subjected to security checks in which can delay your order. When using Pay pal we suggest customers’ ship address that is confirmed on the pay pal site. We suggest customers use the same billing address as a shipping address to prevent shipping delays due to mandatory verification checks. We suggest checking out using PayPal if the billing address differs from the shipping address to prevent order delay.
