SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This Settlement Agreement is entered into by and between Pascual, Betty Mae, and Palo Alto
Health Care System on this _ day of March 2021. Individually referred to as “Party” and
collectively referred to as “Parties.”
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, the Betty has a discrimination charge against the Company;
WHEREAS, both Parties appreciate the importance of good work relations;
WHEREAS, both Parties would like to settle the charge;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the Parties agree as follows:
