SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement is made on this ______________ 2022 by and BETWEEN
__________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and
____________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). Together referred to
as “parties”.
WHEREAS the Service Provider is in the business of providing wedding catering
services; and
WHEREAS the client is desirous of employing the services of a wedding caterer.
The parties herein agree to be legally bound by the following terms; –
1. Term.
This agreement shall be for a period of ________ from the wedding date and shall
begin from the date of receipt of the deposit i.e., on ____________ (hereinafter referred
to as the “Effective date”).
2. Services.
The parties herein have agreed for the Service Provider to provide the following
services to the agreed 150 guests; –
Food item; –
i. Cocktails hours.
ii. Fruit/veggies station.
iii. Non-alcoholic station, guess has a choice to get alcohol at bar to add to drink.
iv. Tropical shrimp Jerk.
v. Garlic Parmesan wings.
vi. Appetite Plates Napkins Menu with mock tail.
Dinner
i. Lobster for bridal party.
ii. Caribbean salad.
iii. Sautéed veggies.
iv. Roasted potatoes.
v. Open face sliders.
vi. Options Pork.
vii. Fried chicken and veggies Scampi seafood pasta.
viii. Tropical shrimp Buffet set up with decorations to match colors of wedding.
Rental (150 pieces Each)
i. Napkins linens.
ii. Champagne glasses.
iii. Water glasses.
iv. China plates.
v. Glass charger.
vi. Runner tables linens.
Set up
i. All rental service includes a beautiful set up by staff Bride and groom table will
also be set up.
ii. Set up tables will be White on white with baby blue napkins, Water glasses,
champagne glasses with sliver wear on table. Runner linens will be in the middle
of table as well.
Server
i. Two Server at a table to assist guest with water refills, alcoholic drinks from the
bar.
ii. Server will be walking around serving wings, and tropical shrimp.
iii. Server at mock tail station which will include a his/her and our cocktails.
3. Compensation.
Parties agree that in exchange for the services provided herein, the client shall remit
50% of the total amount upon agreement and signing of this agreement as a deposit
and confirmation of reservation of the date.
The remainder 50% shall be paid on the date of the wedding/event.
4. Confidentiality.
Parties herein agree that any information obtained from the performance of the services
in this agreement that relate to the business, shall be deemed confidential, and the
same will not be shared with any third parties without the other party’s prior written
consent.
5. Marketing.
Both parties agree that the Photographs will be used to promote both businesses
positively and not negatively impact the business.
6. Cancelation.
Parties herein agree that the Client may cancel the provision of services herein by
issuing up to 30 days’ prior written cancelation notice by email or hand delivery.
In the event, the cancellation is done 30 days before the event, the Deposit will be
forfeited and the client agrees to make the full payment to the Service Provider.
7. Governing Law.
Parties agree that the terms and provisions herein shall be governed and construed in
accordance with the laws of ________________.
8. Dispute Resolution.
The parties herein agree that in the event of a dispute arising from the terms and
conditions herein, the agreement shall be deemed terminated immediately and the
dispute shall be referred to litigation in a court with competent jurisdiction.
9. Severability.
In the event any provision in this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a
court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall be severed from the agreement and the
remaining provisions shall continue in existence and apply in full force and effect as if
the unenforceable provisions were not part of the agreement.
10. Assignment.
The duties and responsibilities herein shall not be assigned to any third parties without
the prior written consent of the other party.
11. Waiver.
The failure of either party to enforce a certain breach in this agreement shall not be
deemed as a waiver of the enforcement of any present or future breaches.
12. Entire Agreement.
This agreement and the terms herein contain the complete understanding between the
parties and supersede any prior written or oral agreements, promises, or undertakings.
