SERVICE AGREEMENT.

This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered the ____ day of _____ 2021 (the “effective date”), between ___________, Contact Info; ____________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and __________, Contact Info; _____________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”).

WHEREAS, the Company sells high ticket items online on the website ______________.

NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

  • TERM.

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period One Month commencing on the Effective Date herein.

  • SCOPE.

The Contractor shall work as a virtual assistance that shall sell, advertise and market the Company’s products. The Company’s product include two types of high ticket items selling for $997 and $1997 respectively. 

  • COMMISSION.

The Company shall pay the Contract One Hundred Dollars ($100) for any sale of either of the ticket products. The Contract shall be paid;

☐Once a sale is made

☐Once per week

☐The beginning of each month by the 5th.

  • TERMINATION/CANCELLATION. 

The Company shall at any time, without notice to the Contractor, terminate/cancel this Agreement if there is spam sent out by the Contractor to anybody on social media, and/or any emails received by the Company’s system by the Contractor’s landing page.

  • GENERAL PROVISION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. 
    1. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof.  No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
    2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the ____________ [State/Country]. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in _____________ [State/Country].  
    3. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and the Contractor and their respective successors and assigns, provided that the Contractor may not assign any of their obligations under this Agreement without the Company’s prior written consent.  
    4. Each party represents and warrants to the other that such party has acted in good faith, and agrees to continue to so act, in the negotiation, execution, delivery, performance, and any termination of this Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been executed by the parties as of the Effective Date.
