RELEASE OF MUSIC VIDEO CONTRACT 

 

NASTI ENTERTAINMENT hereinafter referred to as “Nasti Entertainment” which expression shall where the context so admits include its personal representatives and assigns) on the first part; 

 

AND

 

……………………………………and ……………………………hereinafter referred to as “Cash Flag and O$T” which expression shall where the context so admits include his/her successors and assigns) of the other part.

 

IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and other valuable consideration exchanged by the Parties as set forth herein, the Parties, intending to be legally bound, HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: –

 

  1. TERMS 

 

  1. Nasti Entertainment indicates that it is located at 3015 jester ct, Duluth Ga 30096 while its social media handles are :- Ig: nastient, Twitter: @nastient and Facebook: nastient. 

 

  1. Nasti Entertainment indicates that Eric Mackey is the CEO. 

 

  1.  Both parties agree that artist will execute this contract which will last for two years which means that artist will be signed to Nasti Entertainment. 

 

  1. Cash Flag and O$T understands that they will have a 90 days probation period after signing with Nasti Entertainment. 

 

  1. Both parties are in agreement that Nasti Entertainment is representing Cash Flag and O$T with anything dealing with Celebrate the song and any other production done by Nasti Entertainment stands to ensure everyone who invested in the project will receive their mony first. 

 

  1.  Nasti Entertainment joint venturing with two artists Cash Flag and O$T will ensure that royalties are split 100% for Nasti Entertainment, 50% for Cash Flag and 50% for O$T Song produced by Nasti Entertainment for Nasti Ent Vol 1 featuring artist. 

 

  1.  Both parties are in agreement that Cash Flag and O$T masters are solely owned by Nasti Entertainment but the artist keep their performance rights and any performances of these records contract will go directly through Nasti Entertainment for recouping of all the investments made by Nasti Entertainment at the first instance. 

 

  1.  Both parties are in agreement that the song and music video will be released this Sunday to Vevo and Mtv. 

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF this agreement has been duly executed by the parties hereto the day and year first herein before written.
