RELEASE OF LIEN
Tri Marsh Realty, a limited liability company with an address of [INSERT ADDRESS] (the “Lien Holder”), filed a lien on the property of Paulette Guy Mctizic, an individual with an address of [INSERT ADDRESS] (the “Owner”), for the property located at 5601 Chimney Rock, Arlington, TX 76017.
IN CONSIDERATION OF $_________, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the Lien Holder does hereby:
- Release, discharge and terminate the above lien and certify the claim secured thereby has been fully paid and satisfied;
- Release to the Owner all right, title and interest that the Lien Holder may have acquired in and to the above property by reason of such lien;
- Authorize and direct the Register of Deeds of Tarrant County to discharge and cancel the lien of record; and
- Release and forever discharge the Owner from all claims, causes of action, demands and liabilities of whatever nature which the Lien Holder ever had, now has or hereafter may have in connection with Cause No. 067-300619-18 which was before the 67th Judicial District Court of Tarrant County.
This Release of Lien shall bind the Lien Holder and its heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. This Release of Lien shall inure to the benefit of Owner and her heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
