REFUND, SHIPPING, AND RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
All sales are final. However, you have 14 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your original method of payment. All unopened domestic packages marked ‘Return to Sender’ will be received and refunded. However, international packages refused at customs will not be refunded.
Shipping
Local Shipping. We ship all our orders in the US via United Post Office or UPS for the available products. If the product ordered will be unavailable when ordered, we will notify you via email to ask for a refund or wait for the restocking of the item. We ship all our orders within __________days. The Customer is required to give a physical address in instances where they prefer delivery by UPS.
International Shipping. We ship our products internationally to all our customers. The Customer will be required to pay all customs and duty charges. Our Company will not be responsible for any damages incurred during transportation or any property loss during shipping.
Returns Shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages products on transit. Packaging is done carefully and delivered to your address. Our Company is not responsible for packages that have insufficient damages or incomplete contacts and shipping addresses. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any altered packaging during transportation. If the goods are damaged in transit, please make complaints to Courier Company.
