RECRUITING SERVICE AGREEMENT.
This Recruiting Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is
entered into on ___________ by and between Recruitzsy (hereinafter referred to as
the “Company”) and _________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
Together referred to as parties.
1. Services.
The Company will be performing the services of headhunting and recruiting on
behalf of the Client.
2. Term.
The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of six (6) months renewable for the
same amount of time (interval).
3. Compensation.
The Company shall receive a retainer fee of $25,000 due within 30 days from the
date of signing this agreement together with a 7% commission per candidate hired
based on the base salary and comp.
The commission herein shall be paid within 45 days of the candidate’s start date.
Parties herein agree that the $25,000 covers the basic business costs for 6 months.
4. Intellectual Property.
The Company herein agrees for its logo and name to be used by the client with its
written permission.
5. Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of
Arizona.
6. Dispute Resolution.
If there is a dispute between the parties, the same shall be referred to mediation, and
if it fails, the dispute shall be taken to litigation subject to Arizona Laws.
Each party shall bear its costs.
7. Termination.
Parties herein agree that since the retainer fee is paid upfront, the agreement herein
can be terminated in writing via email or mail correspondence to 22720 Morton
Ranch Road #160-221 Katy, TX 77449.
8. Non-Disclosure.
The Company and the Client agree not to advertise, disclose, or otherwise discuss
the terms of this Agreement with any third parties.
9. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes
all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, commitments, and practices
between the parties.
10. Amendments.
Parties may modify or amend the terms herein through another written and signed
codicil by the parties.
The Authorized representatives of the parties herein have executed this Agreement
below to express the parties’ agreement to its terms.
