RE: REBUTTAL LETTER IN RESPONSE TO THE DECLARATION MADE BY XXX.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter to rebut the declaration which was made by XXX
XXX emphatically stated that no supervisor wanted to work with me after I
requested to be removed from his supervision. This conversation happened when
things got heated between us on 1 st September, XXX. His statement implied that all
supervisors are aware of my situation since they could not possibly have any other
excuse for not wanting to work with me. Building 91 has a grapevine problem as
XXX, etc. have slandered my name
throughout AMXG.
XXX denied me company time as I stated in an e-mail sent to him.
Company time is administrative leave. He used my personal leave when he should
have used administrative leave or company time. He clearly stated that I would not

be paid and three days later retroacted the date August XXXX but did not use
administrative leave neither did he charge me personal leave.
XXX attempted to impose his will by demanding me not to come to work if I
am working on my case and when I continued, he decided to isolate all electricians by
removing overtime for all electricians. His reason was because of efficiency but his
ego and ambition eliminated all electricians since I personally challenged him on the
matter. I am a WG-8 and do not have access to rocit to find work. It is not my fault
electricians do not give sufficient amount of work to have good efficiency. Some days
I logged off before 7:00 A.M. but did not leave until 7:00 A.M. He knows this yet he
puts the fault on the electrician and humiliates, denigrates you when you discuss the
matter with him. After his racial trope he employed in his speech when I rose my
hands in surrender and backed away during the 1 st September, XXX matter, he stated
I was pointing my hands in his face and proceeded to berate me even further. That
statement was a direct trope that the dominant society used when Treyvon Martin
raised his hands and was shot. This is what you call making negrophobic gestures.
Management in building 91 has a transparency problem as presented in my previous
case. Management consistently lies and employs psychological subversion techniques
by demoralizing their workers with false truths to prevent them from utilizing
government protections.
Two weeks before Christmas, Director XXX and team emphasized that
swing shift would be eliminated. However, on 5 th January, XXX, the union ZZZ stated they received no notification until 24 hours later. Either the union is
lying or the unity of command stemming from Director XXXX  is strategically
trying to remove certain undesirables which three (me included) was under XXX.
I hope you will take the requisite actions as soon as possible.
