I received a letter from you in response to my request for a refund. I’m writing this letter to clarify a few issues arising from your response.
I was not present at any meeting nor did I receive any communication informing me that I could leave early with my second week refunded to me. Had I received such information, I could have left and had my second week refunded to me, avoiding further issues. However, we conversed together with Mr. Murray Mullander at the office lobby where you promised to follow economic protocols to handle the situation. You did not tell me that my second week would be refunded if I left early. I am aware of several other cases where you did refund guests’ money that opted to stay the second week. That I am not being refunded for the second week when there are other guests whose money has been refunded is discriminatory.
I did not engage in any defamatory acts towards the staff and the organization. Please send me copies of my alleged written admissions, admissions of the professor from the University of Minnesota as well as your own internal records.
I did not interfere with any efforts by the organization to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. I only requested for full disclosure if there were people who had tested positive for Covid-19. I wanted to know if there was anyone who had tested positive. I didn’t want their personal information.
In my test group, there were positive Covid-19 cases that week. Ms. Kimberly (write her full name) tested positive for Covid-19 that week. She later revealed to us that you had threatened her not to disclose that to anyone.
I am not afraid of any legal action that you may wish to pursue against me because I have done nothing wrong. I’m still hopeful that you will process my refund. I hope to receive a positive response from you.
