Hello, hope this email finds you well. My name is Rahulidnani, a representative at an Event Company in Hong Kong. First and foremost my team and I would like to appreciate you for gracing the wedding between Kunal and Divya that took place between 30th November and 4th December in Phuket. The couple also extends their gratitude for making their day incredibly amazing with the legendary and talented music icon Jason Derulo for alighting their wedding day. His performance on the 30th November marked a wonderful midnight. I must say with most heartfelt gratitude that it was an awesome event.
In addition to organizing the wedding, the couple also contracted us, Elite Entertainment to do the edit of the wedding video. However, in the process of editing the video, we realized that the entire amazing performance of Jason Derulo was distorted as captured by the video company tasked with that particular duty. The video company in charge was Blacktile Productions whose negligence led to the sound recording mess which proved to be a challenge during editing. The client Mr. Kishore Samtani, thereafter appointed my team, Elite Entertainment whose task at the time was setups and artist management to help in editing the video.
In light of the above predicament, the purpose of this email was to discuss and maybe come up with solutions to the stated issue. My team and I was wondering since there was nothing we could do from our end to salvage the situation particularly with regards to the ruined audio as it was not properly recorded, maybe a member from Jason’s team could aid us by sending or mixing tracks that blend in so as to make the edit sound more professional.
It is important to point out that since the entire show was executed by Jason’s own set of team and equipment, a separate mixer was used for the performance and as a result the Blacktile Productions did not realize their recording was actually not being recorded. This is one of the reasons we seek to consult with Jason’s team as it will be impossible to deliver the kind of audio required by the client without your help. We would really like to explore and exhaust all options available before resorting to acquiring a composer to recreate everything which would cost us a lot of money.
Moreover, it is our intention as a company to deliver the best to our clients by capturing all the events of the day particularly Jason’s performance that lasted about one hour or at most ninety minutes marking it the highlight of the day as all and sundry were really fascinated.
